Terms that protect the service, the customer and the community.

By purchasing our products, accessing our services, using our software or visiting the site, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase, access, download, install or use Rmz Studio.

Rmz Studio may update these terms at any time. Updated terms become effective when posted. Continued use of the website, panel, software or services after an update means you accept the current version.

Rmz Studio licenses are tied to the customer's account and related platform identifiers, including Discord where applicable. If the customer loses access to their account because of a violation of these terms or the terms of connected platforms, Rmz Studio is not responsible for resulting license loss, suspension or revocation.

By accessing and using Rmz Studio, you agree to follow these restrictions. Violations may result in removal from Discord support, reduced support access, license suspension or license termination without compensation.

• Modify provided materials or create unauthorized copies of files, resources or similar materials.
• Use the materials for an unauthorized commercial purpose or public display.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, crack, decompile, bypass or tamper with any Rmz Studio software or service.
• Remove copyright notices, proprietary markings or other ownership notices from the materials.
• Resell, lease, sublicense, share or transfer Rmz Studio licenses without formal written permission.
• Harass, bully, threaten or behave inappropriately toward Rmz Studio staff, support members or customers.
• Aid, advise or participate in ban evasion from Rmz Studio protected communities or ban lists.
• Use Rmz Studio in violation of Discord, FiveM, CitizenFX or any other platform terms connected to the service.

Additional communities, additional game modes and additional production servers require an additional license unless Rmz Studio has expressly confirmed otherwise. Overflow servers that are exact copies of the original server and test servers may be reviewed case by case.

Rmz Studio may use Sell.app, PayPal, card processors, crypto processors or other payment providers to collect payment and delivery information. Fraudulent chargebacks may be investigated and relevant order, delivery, setup and usage information may be shared with the applicable payment provider.

License termination, verified violations, unauthorized sharing, cracking, leaking, resale or misuse do not include a refund.

Rmz Studio reserves the right to revoke a license and not issue a refund when the customer or any affiliated staff member, developer or party is involved in any of the following:

• Leaking, distributing, selling or attempting to crack Rmz Studio files.
• Causing denial-of-service attacks against Rmz Studio or its customers.
• Being involved in cheat development, executor development or malicious activity against Rmz Studio.
• Sharing a license after warning or using a license on unauthorized additional servers.
• Attacking another FiveM server or community protected by Rmz Studio.
• Selling unbans or pardons from Rmz Studio server ban lists.
• Developing or assisting a product similar to Rmz Studio in a conflicting or abusive manner.
• Doxing, harassing, exploiting or misusing information obtained through Rmz Studio services, including logs or screenshots.
• Reselling Rmz Studio licenses without formal consent.
• Being found by connected platforms, including FiveM or Discord, to have violated their applicable terms.

All materials on the Rmz Studio website and services are provided "as is". Rmz Studio makes no express or implied warranties and disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Rmz Studio does not guarantee that materials, documentation, detections, modules, screenshots, monitoring features or integrations are accurate, complete, current or permanently available. Verified-only modules are not guaranteed at purchase and may be limited or removed at Rmz Studio's discretion.

The lifetime of a product is not the lifetime of any person, company, platform or service involved with Rmz Studio. Features are not guaranteed for the full duration of any license. Open-source products do not automatically benefit from future updates.

Rmz Studio, its suppliers and representatives will not be held liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the materials, website, software or services, even if Rmz Studio has been notified of the possibility of such damage. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some limits may not apply to you.

• A third party exploiting vulnerable scripts on the customer's server.
• The customer breaking, misconfiguring or misusing Rmz Studio after failing to read documentation or follow instructions.
• Performance issues caused by the customer's hosting provider, resource stack, scripts or server environment.
• Licenses revoked due to shared licenses, file sharing, unauthorized asset transfer or unauthorized additional server use.
• Any incompatibility caused by a server hosting provider, FiveM platform changes or third-party service changes.

Rmz Studio is not responsible for ensuring compatibility with all hosting providers. If a server hosting provider is incompatible with Rmz Studio, the customer is responsible for resolving the issue with the provider or selecting an alternative provider.

It is impossible for Rmz Studio to patch every known vulnerability on the FiveM platform. Customers are advised to use secure scripts and consult their developer when needed.

Rmz Studio values privacy and collects only the information required to provide, secure, support and improve the website, panel, license system and anti-cheat service. This summary is included here because data processing is essential to the operation of Rmz Studio protected communities.

Log files may include IP addresses, browser type, ISP, timestamps, referring pages, exit pages and click counts. This information is used to analyze trends, administer the site, track movement on the website and protect the service.

Rmz Studio is a software product designed to run on the CitizenFX platform known as FiveM. Its functionality and operability inherently depend on continued compatibility with FiveM and related platform services.

Rmz Studio does not guarantee and is not obligated to ensure the continuity, availability or performance of FiveM, CitizenFX, Discord, Rockstar Games or any other third-party platform. If a platform changes, limits, suspends, discontinues or hinders services in a way that affects Rmz Studio, Rmz Studio is not responsible for those changes and is not obligated to provide refunds or compensation.

Purchase and use of Rmz Studio are made with the customer's understanding of these platform dependencies and the risks associated with using software connected to third-party game platforms.

Questions about these terms, licenses, data requests or service access may be sent to Rmz Studio support.

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These terms constitute the agreement between the customer and Rmz Studio regarding use of the service.
