Rmz Studio values the privacy of visitors, customers, license owners, staff members and players interacting with protected communities. By using the website, panel or service, you acknowledge this policy and the processing required to provide the service.

Because Rmz Studio is an anti-cheat and security service, certain identifiers and technical data are essential. Without this data, license enforcement, abuse detection, ban evasion detection, support and fraud prevention may not function.

Rmz Studio may collect and process these categories of information:

• Account and contact data such as email address, Discord information, username and support messages.
• Purchase and transaction data such as order references, payment provider status, license plan and delivery information.
• Technical website data such as IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, pages visited and security logs.
• Server and anti-cheat data such as server identifiers, license usage, detections, logs, screenshots and operational events.
• Game and platform identifiers such as Steam ID, Rockstar Games ID, Discord ID, FiveM tokens, IP address and similar identifiers required to detect abuse.

Rmz Studio processes data under contract performance, legitimate interest, legal obligation and consent where applicable. Processing is used for the following purposes:

• Deliver licenses, activate services and operate the Rmz Studio dashboard.
• Provide customer support, service notices, security alerts and transactional emails.
• Prevent fraud, chargebacks, license sharing, ban evasion, abuse and unauthorized resale.
• Maintain, debug, secure and improve the website, panel, anti-cheat and related infrastructure.
• Comply with accounting, tax, legal and regulatory obligations.
• Analyze website usage and product reliability, where legally permitted and proportionate.

Data is not kept longer than necessary for service operation, legal compliance, fraud prevention, evidence, support and dispute handling.

• Customer account and support data: for the life of the relationship, then as needed for legal defense or legitimate business records.
• Transaction and billing data: retained according to accounting and tax obligations, commonly up to 10 years where required.
• Anti-cheat operational logs: retained only as long as needed for security, fraud prevention, evidence, support and service operation.
• Marketing consent data: retained until consent is withdrawn or the contact becomes inactive according to applicable rules.
• Security logs: retained for a limited period appropriate to incident detection, investigation and platform protection.

Rmz Studio does not sell personal data. Data may be shared with payment processors, hosting providers, email providers, analytics/security tools, support tools and competent authorities where required.

Payment and delivery data may be processed by Sell.app and other payment providers used at checkout. Third-party providers are expected to process data only for specified service purposes and according to applicable rules.

Some providers may be outside the European Economic Area. Where needed, Rmz Studio relies on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent legal mechanisms.

Rmz Studio uses technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect data, including access controls, encrypted transmission where applicable, restricted administrative access, monitoring, backup practices and fraud prevention measures.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. Customers operating protected communities must also secure their own servers, scripts, staff permissions and hosting environments.

• Right to rectification: request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
• Right to erasure: request deletion where applicable, subject to legal and security obligations.
